When I was a child, I had a sound machine to help me sleep and I always played ocean waves. I now put this video on for my daughters every night and it puts them right to sleep.
When life becomes a bit too much to cope with I put my headphones in my phone,listen to this and things are okay again afterwards...thank you for posting this you're a star
